The Las Vegas Knights rebounded from their only loss of the season in fine fashion, as they brought down the hammer on ASC Hammers Sunday. The Knights began the match in fine form with an early Goal in the first 5 minutes from Rene Abrego on the first corner of the night; Manny placed the ball to the top of the arc for Rene to fire home. The Hammers responded from a fine piece of individual skill from Juan Mendez who leveled the score with a rocket to the upper 90 to beat the Knights keeper Philip Webb.  That was pretty much all the celebrating the Hammers would do on the night, as the Knights responded right back. The team maintained possession and moved the ball well, setting up a fine goal from Ben Stott to the lower left corner on an assist from Esad Morina two minutes later. Continuing their dominance, the Knight's third goal was one of true brilliance! There were a total of 7 one-touch direct passes, beginning with a pass from the back from Steve Lazarus, to the top of the arc,  with one final pass from Derik van Gessel to Lucho Suarez to fire home from point blank range. With the Knights on a roll the final goal of the quarter came from a layoff from Manny Kouhaiz to Lucho Suarez who finished brilliantly, 4-1 Knights.

The Knights traveled to Phoenix to face off against the Arizona Heat for the second time this season. The Knights 5-0 on the season were looking to keep their perfect season. Unfortunately the Heat were up to the task on the night. Arizona struck first early in the first quarter. The knights responded quickly leveling the score. However, defensive mistakes allowed the Heat to end the quarter with a score line of 3-1.  The second quarter was one that the Knights wanted to forget; their worst this season. The knights got into foul trouble early and set up an advantage power play for Phoenix, which provided the opportunity to extend the lead. Heat continued to put on the pressure, and despite Knights goal keeper making several saves, the Heat took advantage of an exposed back post to bag another 3 goals ending the half with a 7-1 lead.

The Las Vegas Knights traveled to Arizona fresh off a 2 game winning streak on the road and four game run in their division, to face a strong and determined ASC Hammers team. As in the last two previous matches, the Knights started sluggish in the first quarter. Knights’ goalkeeper, Philip Webb, who has been in exceptional form so far this season, was tested several times in the opening minutes producing several saves to preserve the 0-0 score line.

The home team opened the scoring seven minutes into the first quarter, when the Knights Defense was exposed on the left flank and a through ball was placed towards the back post.
